Well, after attempting to make samples last night, I have had to come to the realization that I will not be able to offer back-to-school items this year.
For those who don’t know, I fell a few weeks ago and I have a small fracture in my elbow. I can still do most things and so I didn’t think it would be an issue, but I found out last night that I can’t roll my cake pops or roll out my cookie dough right now.
Cakes and cookie cakes have not been any kind of an issue for me, so I can continue to make those.
Hopefully, my elbow will be completely healed in just a couple of weeks and life can be completely normal again.
