Today, we remember September 11, 2001 — one of America’s darkest days.

We remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the brave first responders who ran toward danger to help, rescue, and protect others. So many lives were touched by that day, and their stories and sacrifices will never be forgotten.

Today, we simply want to remember, honor, and say thank you. 🇺🇸

As a small way of giving back, we’d like to offer a free meal today to the first responders who come through our doors.

For those who serve our communities every day — thank you! ♥️♥️

Last night felt a little like family coming together… just in a different setting. 💙 A group of about 25 of our Bozrah Pizza family came out to Thena Pita Bar to support us, and we truly can’t thank them enough. They were so patient, so gracious, and so incredibly excited to finally see what we’ve been building here in our new little home. Watching people we’ve known and loved for years come together to support us in this new chapter means more than we can put into words. This is what community is all about. This is what family looks like. 🇬🇷✨

The sun is shining, it’s Friday, and we’re ready for a beautiful weekend here in East Haddam!!

Just a little THANK YOU from us. ♥️

Last night, we sold out of almost everything — but honestly, what made us happiest was seeing so many of our regulars come through our doors again. The people who come back week after week, almost like it’s part of their routine.

We know your names, your kids’ names (and what grade they’re going into), your hobbies, your stories… and yes, some of your cell phone numbers too! 😂

THIS is exactly what we dreamed of creating — a little place that feels like family, like a village in Greece where everyone knows everyone.
