It’s been awhile since making a post. I kinda faded away from using this page as I started getting a few of the wrong folks asking some shady questions, along with a very slow crab season. There just weren’t a lot of quality male crabs around. I did have the opportunity to wake up with the sun every morning, everyone knows I’m a sucker for a beautiful sunrise!! And I certainly love seeing all the smiling faces of the best customers in the world. Those 2 things alone are the reason I just love crabbing!!

Some good and bad news for this years crab season. Stay tuned!! In the meantime enjoys some early morning pictures. Talk with ya soon!!

Not many crabs around but the sunrises are absolutely beautiful!! Good morning from the river!!

The estimated number of crabs in the Chesapeake Bay is at its lowest in 14 years, according to a Maryland Department of Natural Resources 2021 Blue Crab Winter Dredge Survey.

Good Morning Folks!!

As we get a little closer to starting the season I just wanted to go over how I do things and a little about myself. Crabbing is a second job for me but one that I absolutely love and hope to do full time again one day. It's a blessing to wake up with the sun every morning. You will see many sunrise pictures!! With crabbing as a second job it makes it a little harder to get crabs cooked for you during the week but still very doable. I just need to know a couple days in advance so that I can plan accordingly at Job #1. So if you want crabs on Wednesday please message me and place your order on Monday or Tuesday. I can have your dinner ready for you by 5 or 5:30 during the week! Now during the weekend is a little different. I am up fishing all my pots early( this is the only day I have to fish all my crab pots) so it takes much longer. In order to get this done the earliest I can have crabs ready for you is 12:00 and the latest I will take orders is 6:00. All my crabs are cooked to order. What does this mean? It means you will get your crabs hot off the pot. I do not precook my crabs unless you ask me too, some folks prefer their crabs cooled down or room temperature. Weekends are a very busy time because most folks want there crabs on Saturday or Sunday. I don't catch a lot of crabs so I only have so many to sell. If you are looking for crabs for the weekend please place your order early in the week. Example: You can message on Monday and want crabs on Sunday, I will mark your order down and let you know then if "I got you" or I have to let you know later in the week. If "I got you" is what I message back then plan your party and don't worry. A man is only as good as his word!!! I only sell what I believe I will catch. After I reach my limits I start a waiting list. Once I know I will have extra crabs I message folks back in the order of the list. I love you all equal so I don't skip names on the list. The last thing I have is very important, once we have set up a time and place to meet please do not be late. Odds are that I have everything figured out to the minute. I'm sure I have missed a few things and feel free to message any questions you may have.. I can't wait to get these pots in the water and see you good people!!! Eat more Crabs!!!!

Good Morning Good People!! I appreciate everyone that as reached out to me looking for crabs. I have not set pots yet and it's not looking like I will anytime soon. It may be early June but I will keep you posted. There are just no crabs in the area that I work. In fact it's really slow everywhere. A sign of that is when crab buyers (wholesale) are paying $200+ for male crabs right off the boat. I have never seen that in my 51 years. Hey but don't worry, once I drop pots in the water I will have crabs available daily!! Can't wait to see your faces!! -Tee

Hard to believe that yesterday was 65+ degrees outside and a week ago my crab pots were covered in ice! We need a lot more 65 degree days before the crabs start crawling in Nomini Creek. Everyday we get a little closer to crab season. Eat more crabs!!

Thank you so much for liking and following along. I'm still trying to figure out how the page works and all its settings so please be patient. Hunting season ended for me at the end of January so I have been building a few crab pots. I hope to have a couple videos up soon to show you the process of how they are made. See ya soon!
