We’ve got a little Gregory Alan Isakov playing, the coffee’s brewing, and we’re settling into that cozy Saturday groove.

Thought I’d share this sweet little watercolor and ink, “Scatter Cat”, that’s been making me smile for years. It was created by my best friend, whose friendship began way back in 1979. So many years, so many stories, so many memories.

Some friendships leave their fingerprints on your life forever, and I love having this little piece of hers in the window by the coffee bar… as a matter of fact, if you look around, you will see her, not only in other paintings and sketches, but in so many of the design elements that are part of our place, from the colors on the wall to the lights over the cash register. Her laughter and love is ingrained in the walls and in the very depths of my soul ❤️❤️

Here’s to good music, old friends, wonderful memories, and all the little things that make life beautiful.

Friday night is here 🥰

Now comes the important question:

What kind of pizza sounds good tonight?

Maybe Chicken Bacon Ranch.
Maybe Hawaiian.
Maybe one of your regular favorites.

Or maybe this is the night you start playing around with the menu a little.

Add something you normally don’t. Mix a couple favorite toppings. Take one of our pizzas and put your own spin on it.

That’s half the fun of pizza night.

Incredible talent is in the pizzeria, the ovens are hot, and we’re ready for whatever you come up with.

I have an idea ….Let us handle lunch. Grab something for dinner. Get home a little sooner and enjoy the evening 🍁❤️🍂

Today’s soup ?? Creamy Tomato Soup ❤️

Our lunch special is this INCREDIBLE Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich 🤩 - our crispy chicken cutlet topped with thinly sliced ham, Swiss cheese, a drizzle of our homemade Swiss cheese sauce and finished with a drizzle of honey mustard on a toasted roll.

With fries — $16
Without fries — $11.50

Halloween season is right around the corner - which means somewhere right now your child has already changed their mind about their costume at least three times. 😂

Parents… we see you❤️

So while you’re figuring out whether you’re raising Spider-Man, a witch, a dinosaur or something you’ll be constructing out of cardboard at 10 p.m. on October 30th, we can at least make lunch and dinner a little easier💕

Today’s soup is Hamburger Stew.

Our Thursday special is this Cowboy Pasta Salad — $10.25: tender rotini with ground beef, bacon, green chiles, bell pepper, black beans, corn, tomato, cheese and onion in a creamy Southwest BBQ sauce 10.25

October is settling in, and this is the time of year when a warm lunch and an easy dinner waiting at home start sounding awfully good🍂

Today’s soup is Zuppa Toscana❤️❤️

Our lunch special is a Honey Hot Chicken Wrap with Fries — $15. Crispy chicken strips dipped in our Honey Hot Wing Sauce, topped with cheddar and creamy slaw, all wrapped up in a warm tortilla.

Saturday ❤️

The first Saturday morning of this little stretch into October feels like one you shouldn’t rush.

Coffee that stays hot long enough to finish it. A sweatshirt if the morning is cool. Maybe nowhere you absolutely have to be for an hour or two.

And if you happened to plan ahead and brought home something from our coolers or freezers this week, even better.

There’s something pretty wonderful about opening the refrigerator later and realizing dinner is already handled.

Lasagna. Chicken Parm. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Stuffed Shells. Mac & Cheese. Shrimp Scampi. One of those meals that lets you spend a little less time cooking and a little more time doing whatever Saturday gives you.

🍂🍁October is here🍂🍁

Take the long way home. Notice the leaves starting to change. Sit outside a little longer if the weather lets you.

The busy weeks come whether we invite them or not.

The quiet moments are worth keeping.
