What an incredible first Ridgway Farmer's Market season! ❤️🇮🇹🍝

Today was our last day at the Ridgway Farmers Market, and I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who made our very first season so special!

When I started this adventure, I couldn’t have imagined how much love and support we would receive. From our wonderful returning customers to all the new faces we’ve met along the way, you have truly made this season unforgettable!

We’ll be missing the final Ridgway market next Friday, but we couldn’t leave without saying GRAZIE MILLE, RIDGWAY! ❤️

And don’t worry, we’re not going anywhere! 😜

We’ll be there tomorrow, October 10th, then October 24th and 31st, and every other weekend throughout the winter!

Before Italian Food Emporium was a business… it was just us, making pasta at home. ❤️🇮🇹

No commercial kitchen, no big machines, no farmers markets, no wholesale orders… just flour everywhere, lots of pasta, and a crazy Italian idea that slowly became something real. 😂🍝

Looking back at these photos makes me realize how far we’ve come.

Same passion. Same recipes. Same love for real Italian food.
Just a little more pasta now. 🤣

Check the ingredients. Check the flour. And check how it’s dried.

For the first time in 15 years, I’m going out to dinner ALL BY MYSELF! 😱🤣

No husband, no kids, no pasta machines, no ravioli to make, no orders to fill… just ME and some sushi! 🍣❤️

Running a small business and being a mom means there’s always something that needs your attention.

Tonight, I’m in Denver, stepping out of my comfort zone and enjoying a little time for myself.

Mamma mia, I almost forgot what this feels like! 😂🇮🇹
