At our Montrose facility, we use locally sourced ingredients like Colorado-grown corn, grains, and fresh produce from nearby farms, along with pure Colorado mountain water, to produce high-quality, unique spirits that capture the adventurous spirit of the Rockies. With our state-of-the-art equipment—including a 30-barrel four-vessel brewhouse, stainless steel fermentation tanks, and a 3,000-liter Barison Hybrid Pot Still – with the capacity to produce 15-25 barrels per week. Our on-site brewhouse and distillery enable us to create a variety of spirits, canned cocktails, and beer with unmatched precision and care. Whether it’s our award-winning whiskeys, distinctive gins, or ready-to-enjoy canned cocktails, every product is crafted with passion and innovation. “Here in Montrose, we utilize locally sourced ingredients and access exceptionally fresh, pure water for distilling.
