Casa Córdoba is named for Córdoba, Spain, which was once the highly educated Capital of the Moorish empire and one of the most advanced cities in the world in the 10th and 11th centuries. Due to the hot, dry climate, patios in Córdoba, which date back to the Romans as a way to keep cool with plants and water, are celebrated. Each year the residents of Córdoba participate in a colorful Spring patio

contest sponsored by the city. The iron doors are open and everyone is invited in to see the wonders of Córdoba’s patios. We have transformed Zwick Plaza to bring a taste of Romaneque/Moorish Spain and our love of Spanish culture to Montrose. "Compartir" or "to share" is the heart of the Spanish table. Our chefs encourage our guests to share tapas and paellas among your guests at your table. Every dish has a unique flavor profile and everyone at the table can taste. At the moment, we are open for take-out and delivery only.
