Today was the first wedding of our season. It was a hard yet beautiful day. This bride and groom moved their wedding date up a year in hopes of sharing this day with someone so incredibly important to them. While life unfolded differently than they had prayed for, you could feel that love surrounding every single moment today. Literally EVERY. SINGLE. MOMENT.
What started as a truly miserable day in terms of weather totally cleared up just seven minutes before the ceremony began THEN the sun was beaming down on the bride & groom the entire duration of the ceremony, completely unreal & all God.
Don’t even get me started on the speeches, the most eloquent & beautiful speeches. Just beautiful, I could cry now just thinking about it.
Enormous shoutout to the incredible team at The Cypress House, who bent over backwards to make this wedding happen on such short notice. They opened their venue early, accommodated every change with grace, and showed exactly what compassion looks like & we could not feel more blessed to be able to work with them at the most beautiful venue. & finally to our we just love you all. Catering is not easy, it’s not glamorous, it’s long hours, an insane amount of steps and lots of hustle and you guys deliver excellence every time, couldn’t be more grateful to have you all 🫶
Today was so emotional for everyone involved, but it was also unbelievably beautiful.
