Time is flying! It's hard to believe we're already halfway through 2026.

On this hot but beautiful day, the Watkins Glen Farmers' Market opened for the season, and we're excited to be here!

To celebrate, I made a special dish just for today—Kelly's Signature Pork Fried Rice. It's packed with diced pork, mushrooms pepper,, green onions, and other fresh ingredients, making it a delicious and satisfying meal.

Many customers have asked if I offer a gluten-free option, and this dish is one I hope you'll enjoy. (Please let me know if you have a gluten allergy so I can discuss preparation and ingredients with you.)
