Pig Wing Meal this weekend! Five jumbo pig wings (pork shanks) tossed is our house-made Dragon Sauce with country style collard greens, cracker crumb mac'n'cheese, and cornbread with honey butter.

New salad this weekend! Romaine and cabbage tossed in our house-made creamy sesame dressing with crispy noodles, slivered almonds, and fresh mandarin oranges. Topped with a pan-seared salmon filet. Chicken and steak options also available.
