We’ve been so busy lately that we haven’t even had a chance to make a post, but I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to every single person who chooses to support and trust our services. ❤️

The last two weekends have been BUSY! We’ve catered wedding rehearsals, bartended, officially kicked off our food truck season now that fall is finally here, and catered a conference this weekend. And honestly, we have enjoyed every single minute of it. From the kitchen, to the bar, to the food truck, to catering events, we are so grateful for every opportunity God continues to place in front of us.

There are definitely days when I have to bring my little ones along with me, and in those moments, I can’t help but thank God for allowing me to build businesses that give me the flexibility to still be their mama while pursuing my dreams. That flexibility means EVERYTHING to me.

Nursing Monday–Thursday.
Catering & bartending Friday–Saturday.
Mom every single day. ❤️

So many hats. So many responsibilities. So many long days. But through it all, I’m thankful. Thankful for the work. Thankful for the growth. Thankful for the people who continue to choose us. And most importantly, thankful to God for allowing me to live a life I once prayed for. 🙏🏽✨

People see the finished setup. The beautiful wedding. The food. The happy guests.

They don’t always see THIS part. 😂🌧️

After serving 75+ people at a wedding, I still have to pack it all back up, hook up my trailer, load everything, and get home even when it’s pouring down rain.

I used to be scared to do things like this without a man close by. Now I don’t even think twice. I’ve learned how to hook up my own trailer, tow it with my own truck, load it, unload it, and handle my business.

This business is so much more than cooking. It’s WORK. 💪🏽

And I’m proud of how far I’ve come. ❤️

Today went well! My day started at 3 AM, and looking back, I’m SO glad I started cooking before we left because when we got to Little Rock, we only had ONE oven to work with! 🤣 Preparation definitely saved us today!

I made the potato salad from scratch, and shoutout to KaLille for being a WARRIOR and peeling and dicing 10 lbs of potatoes. I got the pasta ready for the pasta salad, cooked the ground beef for the baked beans, cleaned and cut the chicken, did two rounds of baking, and got everything ready to hit the road.

Then we loaded up the truck, all that FOOD, my two youngest babies, my amazing team, and headed to Little Rock. And can I brag on us for just a second because WE WERE ON TIME! 🤣 With everything that had to happen before we left, I was PROUD of us!

Being a single mom with younger children while running a business requires a different kind of determination. Sometimes the babies have to load up and roll right along with me. Sometimes my day starts at 3 AM. And sometimes things just don’t go according to plan. But when I commit to something, I’m determined to show up and give it everything I have.

We definitely ran into a challenge when it was time to fry the fish, but WE PIVOTED! We worked with what we had, found a solution, and got it DONE!

And a HUGE shoutout to my team! Thank y’all for ALWAYS showing up and doing an amazing job. When something goes left, we figure it out together and keep moving. I truly appreciate y’all! ❤️

We were so busy that we barely got any pictures, but then I received THIS message afterward. Knowing the family enjoyed their food and my client was happy made that 3 AM start worth it!

Thank you to the Colbert-Sawyer Family for trusting us to serve your family reunion! It was such a pleasure, and I got to see SO many familiar faces that I had no idea were all family! 😂
