WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THE STORE FRONT?!!

I've discussed personally some customers and even people in the building with what we had in mind and things did not go according to plan. We had an artist, who's done large designs for the store in the past, come out and make an offer for 800. We unfortunately got scammed 400 out of initial costs and am doing what I can what I can, but I have to keep the orders coming.

We do have an artist with a listed business come out sometime next month would like to remove the film if we get some more colorful shade once complete. My apologies for the mess and hopefully we can keep what's most important - the orders AND FOOD - flowing until then...

**UPDATE**
We also have a new improvement with our Pizza Sauce 🍅. I can't publicly say what but it's worthy of trying if you haven't had us in awhile.

📢 STORE UPDATE 📢>>

We got our Cornmeal supply back! It has been a difficult struggle using Rice Flour but our golden crusts are back for all regular types of crusts (gluten free pizzas not affected). We also have a backup plan if we have to go back to the old bench flour but the corn meal cooks Amazingly and saves us a considerable amount of time. We still have rice flour if preferred but must be requested while supplies last (we know how to make it work... We literally figured it out on Monday but it takes considerably longer to make for hand tossed pizzas; we don't mind though).

HIRING SITUATION
It's unfortunately a common theme here and I want to share my perspective so our customer base can see how we see things. We do get SO MANY people that come in to receive their food and politely state that I'm the only one here. Our sales are not great and haven't been so for the last year and half. We're not willing to use 3rd party hiring means (indeed, zip, ect) because it's big hole in the pocket and hits our budget hard with no substantial leads. When we do get a driver, we see the needed increase in Deliveries our store actually needs. I want to let everyone know here that WE DO prefer the lighten our work load and have these positions filled. Our SALES desperately need to improve in order for to sustain Employment at Primo Pizza. We do have some candidates in line to work as Delivery Drivers. The minimum is 18 so we have to wait by end summer at this point. Just a reminder... if you see a driver at the store, give a call and let's get him trained up. Catering-sized orders put things into gear as well ;)!

As far as Insider positions go, OUR STORE needs ACES for the insider position to properly trained. New young employees need the work flow of EXPERIENCED ADULTS (not the Adult). We can't ALWAYS HIRE these positions but we still have hopes to have these positions filled.

BUSINESS / CATERING ORDERS
We are still getting big orders here but they aren't as frequent as most pizza stores normally do. Our GOAL is to get (1) 6+ Pie Order a day in the morning and we can...

>Get through and rotate our Homemade Pizza better.
>Secure our daily sales for being better positioned for hiring.
>Grow our customer base with this fast-paced food establishment trend circulating in the Monticello area. Our Food is GREAT. The Reviews show. We changing back to old type cheese blend we use to carry are even adding MORE Cheddar to the blend to kick it up a notch!

Catering Deal is now 12.50 per Large 1 topping (1.50 per ea additional topping). 17-$19 for ANY Large Specialty.
It is also AVAILABLE ONLINE. It's currently on the Primo Pizza APP and expected to be on the website later today but it is available to the public. We are going by the honor system that Business (or large Parties with 5+ pizzas), Churches, & Schools use this option. It the total doesn't look right to us, we'll remove special on the spot and there will be higher cost to for any personal orders. We feel confident with this setup we HOPE this will make this easier for your occasion for future orders :)

UPGRADED LARGE SPECIALTY DEAL
We're reconsidered the 2 Large Specialty deal as it's been one of our most popular ones since the beginning. We're dropping the special from 37.00 to $36.
