Groove is so much more than a nutrition club. It’s so much more than a place to grab a healthy drink. 🥹🩷

Groove is a **safe space**.

It’s where you can walk through the door after a hard day, sit down, let your guard down, vent, laugh, cry, and just breathe. It’s where a group of girls’ girls can sit around the bar and remind each other that we don’t have to carry everything alone.

Today was one of those days. It was a hard day for me, but apparently I wasn’t the only one who needed a little extra love today. Somehow, completely unexpectedly, we all ended up at Groove at the same time. No plans. No group text. Just a bunch of women carrying their own stress who found themselves sitting together, talking about life and being there for one another.

And as I sat there listening to everyone talk, vent, laugh, and decompress, I was reminded all over again of **my why.**

THIS is why I fight so hard for Groove. This is why I keep showing up even on the days when owning a small business feels impossible.

Yes, we make loaded teas, shakes and all the things we love, but what we’ve created inside those four walls is so much bigger than a drink.

**Groove is community. Groove is friendship. Groove is a mental-health break. Groove is a safe space. Groove is where you can come exactly as you are.** 🩷

Today reminded me that sometimes your purpose isn’t necessarily what you’re selling, it’s what people feel when they walk through your doors.

And THAT is my why. 🥹✨

Love you, mean it. 🫶🏼
