Today (6/13)! Hear the music of national and local songwriters — and the stories behind their songs — at our Singer-Songwriter Round from 12-4 p.m. in the Meadow.

Joining us will be Nashville based Tess Frizzel, a singer, songwriter, and portrait artist with deep roots in country music as the daughter of CMA & ACM Award Winner Shelly West. Tess often writes with top Nashville songwriters and has released songs like “I Will Show You Love” and “The Wrong One”. You can find Tess on tours nationwide, performing her own songs and classic hits from her family’s legacy.

In addition, CMA, ACM, and Grammy nominee Bobby Tomberlin has co-written songs like “One More Day”, recorded by Diamond Rio, and the 2023 Grammy nominated song “Someday It’ll All Make Sense”, recorded by Dolly Parton and Bill Anderson. Tomberlin has also had songs recorded by artists including Blake Shelton, Willie Nelson, Barbra Streisand, Dolly Parton, among many others.

The Café is closed due to a power outage, but there will be a limited food menu and bar tent outside. Free; bring a lawn chair or blanket.
