112 years of Cheese Days. And we can’t wait to be back. 🐮🧀🔥

Two years ago, we rolled into Monroe for the very first time with StageCoach One and experienced Green County Cheese Days for ourselves. What a weekend it was.

Now, two years have somehow flown by, and we’re getting ready to roll back into Monroe for a Wisconsin tradition that began all the way back in 1914.

This video is a little throwback to our first Cheese Days in 2024. And if you’re looking for StageCoach One this weekend, keep your eyes open. She’s had a brand new facelift since this video was taken!

We’ll be serving up our Famous Wagon Rolls, Brisket & Cheddar Eggrolls, USDA Prime Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Mac & Cheese.

Pink Heifer is joining the Sugar River Fire & Smoke BBQ Festival, and we can’t wait to fire things up alongside some of the area’s best pitmasters in Saturday’s Local Smoke lineup!

We’ll be smoking our St. Louis Style Ribs and Premium Chicken throughout the day for maximum freshness. Tender ribs, juicy chicken, and the kind of barbecue worth slowing down for.
