It’s Race Day!!! Let us do the cookin for ya! We sell pulled pork by the pound! We also will have turkey legs, chicken, ribs and rib tips. Sides are collard greens, baked beans, coleslaw, Mac and cheese and potato salad. 200 E Washington Street Monticello. 574-386-0296. We will not respond to text messages or messenger. We will be ready around 11:30.

Small batches of goodness cooked daily. Tomorrow (Saturday) we will have turkey legs added to the menu. Sides will be collard greens, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans and Mac and cheese. We are usually closed on Sundays, but somebody came in yesterday and asked me to cook so when they got out of church, they can bring church members to buy ribs so since I’m here and I fire up the grill I’m gonna try something new burnt and pork belly got my belly all rubbed and on the grill.
