This week’s Chef Special is a Half-Rack of Ribs. These ribs were treated with a dry rub and then slow cooked with a house-made apple bourbon bbq sauce. We paired it with our house macaroni and cheese, and collards. The soup of the week is a Watermelon Gazpacho, with watermelon and cucumbers and is topped with feta.
