One of my favorite things about summer is that these two get to come along on delivery days. They think unloading coffee is the coolest thing ever, and honestly, I wouldn't trade these little moments for anything.

One of our most requested coffees is back!! ☕️

Grown in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, 🇲🇽 this organic Blonde Espresso begins its journey in a region known for producing some of the country's finest Arabica coffee. Cool mountain air, abundant rainfall, fertile soil, and elevations reaching 1,750 meters allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing the balance and sweetness this origin is known for.

Behind every harvest are smallholder farming families who have cultivated these mountains for generations. Coffee isn't simply their crop. It's their livelihood, their tradition, and a craft passed from one generation to the next. Their commitment to growing exceptional organic coffee is what makes this origin so special.

Its smooth, balanced profile also makes it an excellent base for lattes, cappuccinos, and other espresso drinks, complementing milk without losing its character.

From the mountains of Chiapas to our roastery, every step is intentional. We're excited to have this customer favorite back in the rotation!

Morning deliveries are one of my favorite parts of the job. ☕

Dropped off fresh coffee today, then made sure to try a few drinks from Café Á La Boss new menu. If you catch them while they're in Conroe, they're definitely worth a stop!!
