We use fresh ground masa, sourced from Tortilleria El Rey in Chicago. No pre-made masa here!

We prepare all of our salsas, masa, meats, and fillings from scratch. We do way more than just tamales and love to have fun! If you've ever made or seen the tamale process, you'll get why :)

ted time options with unique flavor profiles. Our business is changing towards more pop-ups @ local breweries, and other businesses. Our events are updated regularly in the event calendar. We can still do pickup orders, we will ask for your flexibility in pickup times/locations. It is best to order well in advance. We can take pre-orders for pickup at any of our pop-ups! Look out for info on that soon! As we continue towards our goal of a REAL food truck/trailer - we will keep you updated. Be surprised with how good the unexpected can be!

I should put a warning sign on the trolley - I startle quite easily and the number of times I have screamed because someone walked up when I wasn’t looking and did not hear them…. Or I’ve been deep involved in cleaning or music or emails…
