Hole 'n' the Hat Gang BBQ Mamma and I have been cookin' BBQ together since 2003. We can cater on site or deliver. Shipping nation wide also available. So now we've got a website.

Back in 2003, Mama (my wife Steph) was workin' at a little BBQ place near Montgomery, TX, and people would come from all around to buy her cookin'. Her boss entered a cook-off but then couldn't go, so he sent Mama and me. We had such a blast, we started competin' in cook offs all around Texas. We were cookin' all over Texas, and we met a lot of good folks, and they started tellin' me, "Clay, you need a website, so we can order yer stuff." The thing Mama and I luv best about cookin' is the smiles it puts on people's faces. We just like makin' people happy and givin' 'em somethin' they can't get anywhere else. On April 1, 2016, we decided to open our restaurant, so more people could try our BBQ. We hope you'll give our food a try. I'm pretty sure you'll like it, and if ya'll decide to put sauce on it - just don't tell me. ;-)
