After 26 Wonderful Years, Today We Say Goodbye ❤️
Today marks our final day at Paluca Trattoria, and it is difficult to put into words what these past 26 years have meant to our family.
What began as a dream became so much more than a restaurant. Paluca became a place filled with family, friendship, laughter, celebrations, hard work, wonderful food, and countless memories that we will carry with us forever.
The name Paluca has always been especially meaningful to us. It is a combination of the names of our two treasured sons, Paolo and Luca, who were the inspiration behind the name and so much of the hard work and dedication that went into this restaurant over the years. We are incredibly proud of them and feel so blessed to have had them be part of this journey.
To our loyal customers, some of whom have been with us for decades, thank you. Thank you for choosing Paluca for your dinners, celebrations, family gatherings, date nights, and everyday meals. Your friendship and support allowed us to do what we loved for 26 years.
To our family and friends, thank you for supporting us through the long days, late nights, busy summers, and everything that comes with owning a restaurant.
And most importantly, to our incredible staff — past and present: we simply could not have done this without you. Some of you are pictured here, and many others know who you are. You became part of the Paluca family. Your loyalty, dedication, hard work, humor, and friendship meant more to us than we could ever adequately express. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
There was so much fun along the way. So many laughs. So many wonderful people walked through our doors, worked beside us, and became part of our lives.
Now it is time for a new chapter. We are looking forward to slowing down and spending some long-overdue time with our family, especially Sal's family in Sicily. 🇮🇹
We leave Paluca with full hearts and tremendous gratitude. We will miss all of you, but we will never forget the friendships, the memories, and the special place you have held in our lives.
