Do you want to make a quick, delicious dinner? Coniglio Brothers can make you a yummy sandwich OR you can come pick up a few items and whip up a quick and easy meal yourself. Tonight, Truffle Gnocchi was on the menu. Gnocchi can be complimented several ways but today a little Arrabbiata sauce with freshly grated parmigiana did the trick. One of our new Organic Olive Oils, Bio Orto, was used to lightly toast our Italian Hero Roll and also used with some balsamic vinaigrette. Today’s meal was paired with our 2020 Bella Uva Chianti. The presentation of the bottle will not go unnoticed. After a delicious meal, a sweet treat was enjoyed! Baci Di Dama cookies were perfect! This meal took a total of 7 minutes to make and it was delicious! Look out for more ideas coming soon 😊
