Our philosophy is simple: Great coffee leads to great adventures, conversations, and ideas.

We want to bring the best coffee possible to our community. The comfort you feel when taking the first sip, the optimism that follows, and the spontaneity that occurs when the cup is finished; that is what we’re all about! As two friends who grew up in the Montebello area we want to share our passion for coffee and life with our friends, families, and community. Plain and simple - we love coffee, we love what it stands for, and we want you to love it too!!

One of the drinks on our menu wasn’t created by us.

It was created by one of our regulars.

April is a local real estate agent, and her go-to order became “The April” - a quad-shot oat milk latte with one pump of honey and cinnamon.

Over the years, we’ve gotten to know a lot of the real estate agents who stop by. We’ve watched coffee become breakfast, calls interrupt the first sip, and tables turn into offices between appointments.

This drink is a small reminder that some of the best things at Ground Up come from the people who make this place what it is.

To every real estate agent helping people find a place to call home, we hope Ground Up can be yours in between. ☕🏡
