Breakfast pizza + calzone ft. , bacon, , and cheese (which I am confident to say is my new FAVE cheese!). Huge hit with the whole family, especially our toddler and Barbie.

Can’t forget ketchup. Anyone else’s kid eat it with a spoon? I love ketchup too but, 😅

Exciting news! Veganlicious Foods’ cheeses will be available for pick up soon at The Walnut Street Kitchen (Corso 98) in Montclair, NJ.

Mozzarella is made fresh weekly, so make sure to follow us to keep an eye out for availability or to order ahead!

Make sure to check out other specialty items in the bakery and to make reservations for dinner prepared by my best friend who happens to be pretty darn good at offering vegan options and veganizing delicious dishes.

Watermelon “tuna” poke bowls.. such an amazing summery meal!
Tuna steaks are another super nostalgic food of my teenage years. I remember seeing an actual tuna and suddenly feeling really bad for the big beautiful creature. I never thought I’d be able to have the delicious steak again but this is a new favorite, inspired by .. I’m making more in the oven as I write this! 🤤

Three weeks ago I just went on maternity leave and was excited to go full into nesting mode. I kicked off the weekend by making a few batches of jackfruit enchilada lasagna to freeze before our baby came..I woke up hours later to my water breaking.
Our little Lyla Marie made her appearance three weeks before her due date and the world has been a brighter place since ☀️ ❤️ 🥔

I’m still here, guys. Just been nesting 🤰 😴 and eating (too many) sweets. Time to balance with some savory carbs with the help of my Spuddenly Cheeze!
