As of today, Sal's Gastronomia will be closing its doors to our home on Walnut St. Thank you for the support, the friendship, the encouragement, and for allowing us to be part of your dining table. We enjoyed serving you and in the process learned a lot more about food, about ourselves, and about this awesome community.

This is not a goodbye but a much-needed break to regroup and rework our next phase. Will be in touch for sure.

As for the physical store, Sal’s is going to be the new home of a Thai restaurant and we hope that you will support and welcome them as only Montclair can.
