A recent post was made by Brian Haring listing the establishments in the Monroe / West Monroe area that currently use Haring Pride Catfish. First off I will say that we at Danken Trail proudly do. We love the product and the fine people at Haring Pride!
However, in the comments a couple of local restaurants were named as not using Haring’s Catfish and some may be led to believe they are using imported fish. I have worked with and have close friendships with the owners of both Catfish Charlie’s and Scott’s Catfish and Seafood and can say without hesitation that both of them are and have always used only USA Farm Raised Catfish. Although we are all fighting for YOUR business, I would hate anyone to be mistakenly misled about the quality served in any of our businesses
