Dear Valued Customers in Monroe

We would like to inform you of a recent incident involving an individual who attempted to damage our reputation. This occurred after our cashier declined to provide an order without payment, related to a claim about an order the individual alleged was not received over a month ago.

The individual proceeded to place a new order and later returned with false accusations against our business. We have taken the necessary legal actions and have initiated proceedings to seek appropriate compensation for these unfounded claims.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our loyal customers who recognized that these allegations are clearly false. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of service. We have never failed a health inspection, and we have not received complaints of this nature in the past. We remain committed to serving our customers and supporting the wonderful community we are proud to be part of.
