We sincerely apologize for your experience Valentine’s Day 2025. This was the busiest Valentine’s Day we have ever had—far busier than even Mother’s Day between 5:30 to 8pm—and while we did our best to accommodate every order, we clearly fell short in your case.

Losing your order slip and making you wait that long was unacceptable, and we take full responsibility. Additionally, we are addressing the situation regarding our staff to ensure that all team members are providing the level of service and professionalism our customers deserve.
