Detroit Beach Restaurant and Pizzeria

10/09/2026

A huge shout out to our youngest wonderful staff members as they head off to homecoming actives this weekend!! 😎🏈
Much like your first love - you always remember your first job! (Hello McDonalds 1994) Our pizzeria high schoolers decided their first job would be with us - taking calls, washing dishes, grinding cheese … couldn’t do it without them!!
And let me tell you - getting a high schooler to use a phone for a call and not a selfie is a labor of love… but we’re getting stronger every day! So much love and appreciation for these hard working teens! 💪
Have fun this homecoming weekend!! 💙 💛

🤩 2026 Community Choice Award Winner for Best Italian Food ☺️ ❤️
Our hearts are full this week.
Monday we did our road side cleanup - yes that is a familiar face you see in the picture. Guest appearance by my amazing mother-in-law. 🥰 Then we stopped at Verna's Bar & Grill for lunch where we enjoyed fabulous burgers and I experienced major patio envy! 😎
Tuesday we had our FIRST ever pop up with the super talented Reece’s Little Pieces and TIGER BAGEL!!
All while celebrating being chosen by YOU for the Best of Monroe. 5 years strong. What an honor.
We can never thank you all enough for continuing to support us on this journey! Between you all and our amazing crew and family- we are blessed. Thank you!! 🙏🏻 ♥️
