Who am I?

~I CONSIDER MYSELF AN ARTIST WHO JUST SO HAPPENS TO USE KNIVES AND FIRE!!~

I am Chef Franchesca!! I am a Louisiana native that truly loves the Cajun and Creole and Soul Food roots that contribute to the food we all love to eat. Being around my grandmother and my mother in the kitchen gave me a front row seat to what it felt like to make people happy through good food. I received my BA

in Culinary Arts from the John Folse Culinary Arts Institute. The program exposed me to so many different cultures and techniques that I decided test my skills at the White House. Afterwards, I gained the confidence to move away to expose myself to even more cultures. My move led me here to Houston where I've grown so much that I now have my own business!! I finally have the oppurtunity to share my experiences and passion for food with you. So there's only one question left to ask...
