Huge shout out to .f.irby for this awesome custom muddler! Last week this was just a chunk of pecan in the woodshed, bound for the smoker. Proof that in the hands of a true artisan, the simplest thing is a masterpiece waiting to be formed. Hit him up if you're looking for a great custom addition to your bar!

Come see us this Saturday at the Memories in Monroe Car Show from 9:00 - 4:00. We'll be featuring three new sandwiches. First our breakfast sandwiches with a pork egg and pimento cheese biscuit, and our brisket and egg biscuit. Then at lunch we'll roll out our newest feature, the juicy Woobster! Our delicious pulled pork piled high with slaw house pimento cheese and topped with your choice of one of our signature sauces. You're not gonna wanna miss this!

The thing I love about cooking, is taking raw materials and turning them into something delicious. For example, turning cream and salt into this homemade butter. Then using that butter to make chocolate chunk brownies finished with vanilla icecream and a buttered rum sauce. Paired with an evening hanging out with friends, doesn't get much better than that.

Happy new year!! Sorry for the radio silence lately. We've been hard at work these past few months catering and developing our retail market. I'm very pleased to announce that after several months of work, you can now take MoJo BBQ home with you and create magic of your own right in your kitchen.
