Class 1: July 9th: Pane di Patate Rustico (potato), $75
Bonus: Focaccia Pugliese
All classes start with a piccolo gusto (small taste) of the day's project followed by a palette discussion and an overview of the artisan process made simple (like our authentic ingredients). We will include hands-on during the process whenever possible for those so inclined and of course a bit of Patience Gray (the inspiration for my personal obsession) discussion.
Light fare will be served to compliment the flavors of each class, provided by hostess, Rebecca Denney of The Modern Farm House Kitchen and Aberlin Springs.
Class Goals: Creative expression, personal enjoyment, skills and knowledge of the ingredients and techniques and most of all, happiness.
