We apologize for the weeks of silence as we sorted through our options in search of the best solution.
It is with mixed emotions that we announce the official closure of Nooshe jân restaurant in Monroe, NY.
Though there is much sadness, our hearts are also filled with profound gratitude for so many blessings over the 10 months our restaurant had the opportunity to serve this beautiful community.
We've cherished every moment of getting to know you and your loved ones, whether you were a one-time visitor passing through the area or one of our regular guests, and we appreciate every ounce of support you've showered us with: your warmth, kindness, encouragement, and friendship have been our greatest joy.
We’ve done everything there was in our power to remain open; however, it became simply no longer sustainable on multiple levels.
This decision wasn't easy, but we have deep trust that God knows what’s best for us and the community. Perhaps it is not the ultimate end of Nooshe jân, and our paths may cross again in the future if it is His will.
Please know that every one of you has a special place in our hearts and that we greatly miss our daily interactions with you. The beautiful moments that we’ve created together, becoming a part of each other’s lives, will certainly continue to be consoling and comforting memories for us.

✨On a practical note, we are aware that some of you still have unused or not-fully-used Gift Cards.
Please know that we will happily issue a refund of the balance on your card. You also have the option to use your Nooshe jân Gift Card at the new restaurant that is in the works to be established in place of Nooshe jân.
The owners told us that they would honor your Nooshe jân Gift Cards if you’d choose to use them to give their cuisine a try.
