TODAY I REMEMBER SICILY!!!

My friend coming from Puerto Rico to help me move out the bakery.
Today I’m wanting real authentic Sicilian lasagna. There is only one place for me to think to go!
This lasagna is the best! I work many times in Sicily and this tastes of Europe.

Because we are temporarly closed, and working to open in a new location, we have extra food I don’t want to be wasteful when so many are needing.

Today we make donation of food to Oaks of Righteouness I hoping this donation, which make with my heart, makes a difference even if it is only small.

This morning I go to helping my friend Tim Taylor with Bunks Across America. I am so happy he telling me about this event so I could helping and hoping to make a difference in my community.

Bunks Across America at Lowe's of Monroe is in full swing but we could definitely use more volunteers!!

If you have a few hours to spare, we will be building at least until noon!! Please come on out and help us continue to ensure No Kid Sleeps On The Floor In Our Town!!

This morning, I decide to enjoy my day in my city. I’m not often able to see Monroe.

I starting the day at Monroe’s Farmers Market. I like to seeing the many varieties of items for sell. The vegetables look beautiful.

Next I’m taking a walk in Sterling State Park. The weather is great and the park make me relaxed. I enjoy so much.

For lunch I make a tasty tomato and cucumber salad, which is typical for my country. I making from vegetables I buy at the market. The flavor of these fresh vegetables is delicious 😍

Ye**ty plates and pans warped by the heat.
During breaks, they go out to the back of the shop for some fresh air.
Then a decisive beer before sunset...
Greet them cheerfully if you happen to meet one,
After all, they are our daily bread.
They live much of their time in a kind of solitude... I should try it once...bread, the precious perfume of life... Constant sacrifice for a cause.

When I make zero carb pizza, so many people asking me a lot for gluten free and sugar free items.

So I thinking, what if I making sugar free, carb free and gluten free buns for sandwich.

So I’m making! Right now I am testing a cheese bun which is sugar free, carb free and gluten free. I’m hoping soon to introduce to my menu!
