I have participated in AIDS Walk Charlotte for more than 20 years. I invite all of our friends ands family to join me on May 31st for a nice little walk around Uptown Charlotte in support of a great organization and a great cause.

Funeral for my mom, Rita Cline, will be held at Gordon Funeral Service & Crematory in Monroe on Tuesday, October 8th at 2PM. We will also have a gathering/repast at Quincys following the service.

If anyone is interested in saying a few words about her during the service, let me know.

Anyone wanting to visit my mom in Memory Care, let me know and I’ll get back to you with information. Just know she has goid days and bad days. I suggest you plan to go before 2 or after 5. As i know more of her daily routines i’ll keep posting.

For those who have been asking, my mom will be discharged from the hospital on Friday and will moved to Preston House memory care in Charlotte. Once she is settled in she’ll be allowed to have visitors. I’ll post when we think she is good for visits.

To those who knew our one and only Danny Cline, we are saddened and heartbroken to say he passed away this morning after a long fight to recover after heart surgery. He will be desperately missed and it will not be the same without him. We can only take solace in knowing that he is finally at peace.
