We’ll be back Wednesday-Saturday, fully prepared and ready to serve you all week long! 🔥

We were so ready and OVERSTOCKED for the weekend… and then BOOM! 💥 Y’all came through and showed us once again just how incredible your support is. It’s truly amazing what Chow Down Detroit does for the food industry. 🤎

🚨With that said, YES, we did sell out‼️🙌🏽 Unfortunately, that means we will NOT be open today. But before anybody jumps on here saying, “Y’all always sell out!” 😂 JUST KNOW WE CAN HANDLE THIS VOLUME! We’re adjusting and preparing for what you guys have showed us every week now it’s just getting even bigger. No we don’t have a commercial smoker in the back kitchen where we can just press a button and come in next mornin and it’s done. This is true homemade BBQ that takes real wood, real time, & real patience. ❤️

We really appreciate everyone who made the drive out last evening, especially those who came from a distance and weren’t able to get what they came for. 🙏🏽🤎 We truly don’t take that for granted. & we’ll be sure to accommodate and take care of you.

I wish there were better words to say then a simple “we appreciate you” because it just doesn’t do it justice how much it means to our family. It’s more than just selling plates of food. We aim to make each plate feel so comforting it’s like you’re coming to our home to share a meal with us in the backyard BBQ’n because that’s where all this stems from. Family, Love, & good food. The full menu is available, along with a slightly updated menu with some of your favorites. Our official hours are now:

📅 START DATE: WEDNESDAY, 8/19 (Yes, new hours)
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

✅COOKS — 2–3 POSITIONS (Ages 18+)
We’re looking for dependable people with some cooking experience who can handle a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in their work.

🚨Requirements:
• Cooking experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Good hygiene and clean appearance
• Strong work ethic and posigtive attitude
• Dependable and ready to work
• Open availability Wednesday–Sunday

✅DISHWASHERS — 1–2 POSITIONS (Ages 16+)
We’re also looking for experienced dishwashers who can keep up with a busy kitchen!

🚨Must be:
• Experienced in washing dishes in a restaurant/kitchen environment
• Fast, dependable, and hardworking
• Able to keep the dish area clean and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Good hygiene and professional appearance
