Bigfoot Approved Sauces is coming back to the Cookeville Farmer's Market Saturday, 8/29, from 7am until noon with new barbecue sauces and the best tasting hot sauce I have ever made. if you remember from last year, when I say something is hot, it will be hot- will have a few T-shirts for sale as well, Bigfoot Approved Sauces aprons are coming! As always, you can taste before you buy, and 2.00 from every bottle and T-shirt goes to St Jude's Children's Hospital- look forward to seeing you there!

The rest of the lineup, all of the other barbecue sauces are just variations of these two- hot, smoky and hot and smoky- the smoke flavor is maple, not the bitter, strong liquid smoke everyone is used to based on hickory. I get asked a lot how hot is hot? If you like chopping up habanero and putting that on a taco, then the hot barbecue and hot sauces are for you, the Tennessee Thunder hot sauce has 6 different kinds of peppers in it- red, Scotch Bonnet, Aleppo. Chocolate 7-pot, fermented Pequin, and fermented smoked Red Habanero, great flavor and good heat-
