The Super Bowl Box includes 2 different types of some of my favorite cheeses, 4 different kinds of meat, a football shaped cheese ball with my favorite recipe, grapes, chocolate covered strawberries, mixed nuts, olives, chocolate covered pretzels and whipped honey and apple maple bacon jam for dipping!! Crackers are served on the side. This grazing box feeds 8-10+ people for $100.

Just wanted to give you an update on Pete. After almost a month is the hospital he has fought and survived sepsis, septic shock, a pulmonary embolism, heart issues, liver issues and diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease on top of his 30 other diagnoses. I couldn’t be more proud to stand by his side. He smiles through it all despite what he’s dealt. I was able to bring him home just before Christmas to spend it with our 5 kids. He still needs alot of care and alot of appointments to figure out his complex case. We will be posting in January our new menu prices and more pictures of our new January date night boxes. For everyone who messaged us orders for December and we were unable to get back to you because of the circumstances, I just wanted to thank you for your understanding and patience! I Look forward to working with you soon!

I just wanted to give an update on Chef Pete Hannigan. He is still trying to recover from sepsis and wasn’t feeling great today. He was having heart issues for the last few days and we just found out that he now has a pulmonary embolism (blood clot) in his right lung. He could really use your prayers! Unfortunately because of how sick Pete is I can not take on orders right now. We will still be doing Charcuterie and Cheesecake Stuffed Waffle Cones when we open again. But I think once we can get Pete back home, I’m going to have to narrow it down and put my focus on the date night boxes. I’m sorry if you have sent messages that I can’t get to because of the circumstances. Petes fight with PV and HH if you want to follow Pete’s journey and continue to pray for his healing. This is Brianne and Pete’s cousin Jenna. I know a lot of you have asked for a way to help their family though this difficult time. I opened up a GoFundMe for Pete. Please pray with us as Pete is fighting sepsis! He is getting ready right now to undergo surgery this morning to remove his port. Pray that they can find the source of the infection that has caused this sepsis. Help us share his story as far as we can to get it to go to him get the help and answer he so badly needs! I just want to apologize if you have sent us messages requesting Christmas orders. Right after we posted that we had an emergency and Pete became very sick, very fast. He is currently in the ICU step down unit with sepsis. It’s been a very hard few days. I promise I will get to your messages in the order they were received and get you prices over the next few days as I find time while I help Pete get through this. He has always made me special date night Charcuterie boards over the last 20 years we have been married. In fact Pete calls it my love language! And he’s right, I have always felt so loved when he would surprise me with one. And now I want to be able to offer it to you guys! Our truck will now offer Charcuterie in many different ways along with our favorite Cheesecake Stuffed Waffle Cones! But the best part is you don’t have to wait to catch our truck out to get some. You can now custom order our Charcuterie or Cheesecake Stuffed Waffle Cones with delivery available if you spend over a certain amount within a certain mileage from us. You can book us for your wedding or event with or without our truck. Have it delivered to your Christmas party, office party, whatever you want! Some boards especially our Christmas tree boards are limited so be sure to order one before they are gone. Send us a message to either place an order or book us for the 2024 season!

This is Brianne, Chef Pete’s wife. It’s been sooo long and we miss all of you! We have been silent for the last year due to Pete’s health but we are still here and still have our truck!!! I wish I could say that Pete’s doing better but he’s not. We have figured out some of his health problems but not all of them and are still struggling to find answers for him. He has been on a feeding tube for the last couple of months, it’s been a hard year to say the least !!!

Although difficult, this last year has given us time to think, reflect and pray on what direction we want to take our business in. We wanted to go in a direction that I am passionate about but also something that would work for our family. I am so excited to share with you our new concept for our business. Check back in tomorrow as we announce our new menu and open up bookings!!!!

We just wanted to give you guys an update on Pete since it’s been almost a month since we last posted. He’s still in the hospital and still can’t eat. They have found 2 blockages coming off of his aorta that are cutting off the blood supply to his whole GI track and it’s causing it to go into convolutions causing his extreme pain. We are still waiting for some test results to come back and for him to be transferred by ambulance back to U of M where they can hopefully stent back open these blockages. This problem is very rare and the vascular surgeons are trying to come up with a plan.

We appreciate everyone who has supported our family during this difficult time. We have felt so loved!

Pete’s still in the hospital but don’t worry you can still get our Beer Cheese Burger one last time! Whiskey Jacks BBQ has offered to take our Spot for our last event at Pavlov's Brewing Company tomorrow December 17th. Whiskey Jacks has offered to donate all proceeds tomorrow and Pavlovs is donating a $1 of every beer sold to Pete so he has time to heal. They have also set up a go fund me account if you want to donate but can’t make it.

Both of our sons will be there with Whiskey Jacks BBQ. Joel and Ashton will be flipping their dads favorite Beer Cheese Burgers for the last time and Whiskey Jacks will have their full menu as well. We are so thankful for the wonderful community of food trucks and breweries in our area, they are like family to us. We are so blessed and will miss visiting with and serving you all!
