A quick note from us at Paesano’s 🤍
Several months ago, we made the decision to roll back our prices to help ease the burden for our customers. At the time, it felt like the right thing to do — and we don’t regret the intention behind it.
That said, the reality of running a small, independent coffee shop in today’s world has continued to change fast. The cost of everything we use has gone up — coffee, cups, syrups, milk, supplies — and here in Washington, minimum wage is increasing again to over $17/hour. We proudly support that — and it’s also important to share that many of our baristas make well above minimum wage based on experience and time with us, because we believe in paying people fairly and creating a place where our team can grow and stay long-term. 💛
To continue operating sustainably, taking care of our staff, and serving the quality you expect from us, we’ll be adjusting our prices where they need to be.
This isn’t a decision we take lightly. Paesano’s has always been — and will continue to be — a community staple. We’re locally owned, we know our customers by name, and we put our hearts into this place every single day.
Our goal isn’t to be the cheapest cup in town — it’s to be a place that’s warm, consistent, and here for the long run. Supporting small businesses means helping them stay small and sustainable. ☕✨
Thank you for being part of our community, for choosing local, and for understanding what it takes to keep the doors open. We truly couldn’t do this without you.
