Our very own Scott recently took a whirlwind trip to San Diego for the annual World of Coffee expo! If you’ve ever wondered what happens when thousands of specialty coffee nerds get under one roof to talk beans, shop, and strategy, this was it.

It was an intense couple of days filled with connecting with folks from all over the industry and, of course, a lot of incredible coffee. Scott spent his time cupping some truly fantastic lots with our friends at Trabocca and Artisan, and even got into the nitty-gritty of green coffee grading to help us spot those tiny defects before they ever hit the roaster.

Beyond the technical stuff like streamlining sales processes, he even managed to squeeze in a Padres game for a little bit of San Diego sunshine! ⚾️☀️
