🎸🍔 WHAT A WEEKEND ON THE SHORE! 🍔🎸

Two days, two great events, and SO many reasons to be grateful!

❤️ SATURDAY | Vin Gopal Civic Association Family Day

What a fantastic turnout! The community came out for a great day of family, friends, and fun — and that incredible Black Hawk helicopter landing was definitely a highlight! 🚁 The kids even got the chance to climb aboard!

We loved seeing so many familiar faces, friends, families, and new fans stopping by the truck. Thank you for making us part of such a great community day!

🏈 SUNDAY | Bakes Brewing Co.

We kicked off Sunday with a private catered birthday celebration, serving up some smash burger goodness for a special occasion. Then it was time to fire up the grill again and feed the hungry NFL fans for football Sunday! 🍔🏈

From birthday celebrations to game-day cravings, we love bringing great food and good vibes wherever we go.

To everyone who stopped by, booked us, supported us, or simply said hello this weekend — THANK YOU! Your support means the world to our small business.

More great food, music, and memories ahead. And as always…

🎸🏟️ A LITTLE FIELD TRIP FOR BOARDWALK BACKSTAGE!

Today, Pam & I had the opportunity to attend the US Foods Immersion Show at MetLife Stadium—and what a day!

We spent the day sampling some seriously great food and beverage products, discovering new ideas, meeting people from across the hospitality industry, and looking at some products that could potentially find their way onto the Boardwalk Backstage Smash Burger set list. 🍔🎶

And then came the bonus…

We got to take a tour of MetLife Stadium! From behind the scenes to standing right on the field, it was pretty cool to see one of the region’s biggest venues from a whole different perspective. 🏟️

For us, Boardwalk Backstage is about more than serving great smash burgers. It’s about music, hospitality, community—and always looking for ways to make the experience better.

Today was a great reminder that there’s always something new to discover.

And yes… we may have found a few things that deserve an audition for the next set list. 😉🍔

Live Loud. Eat Well. Keep Touring. 🎸

🎸🍔 WHAT A WEEKEND.

This weekend was a pretty perfect example of what Boardwalk Backstage is all about.

Saturday, we were back at Bakes Brewing Co. for The Big Gig, supporting Lake House Music of Asbury Park and the incredible young musicians in their academy.

The kids took the stage throughout the day and showed off their talent — and there was some really great music happening all day long. 🎶

Good music. Great b**r. Smash burgers. And a community coming together to support the next generation of musicians.

It was a pretty perfect place for Boardwalk Backstage to be.

And we loved seeing so many friends and fans stop by the truck to say hello, grab a burger, and hang out with us. ❤️

Then Sunday, we took the show on the road for a surprise 30th birthday celebration for Emily! 🎉

What a great group of people — and we were honored to be part of such a special day.

From community events to private celebrations, this is why we do what we do.

What a day at Oktoberfest at Bakes Brewing Co.! 🍺🥨🍔🎸

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to see us, grab a Bratwurst Smash, share a pretzel and b**r cheese, and hang with us — especially in THAT weather! 🌧️🍻

We had so many friends and family stop by, along with so many new faces who made the day even more special. And apparently, we weren’t the only ones who loved those Bavarian Pretzels — we sold out! 🥨🔥

A special shout-out to our Boardwalk Backstage team — you guys absolutely rocked it! From prep to service, you kept the energy high, took care of our guests, and powered through a very wet Oktoberfest. We couldn’t do it without you!

And to everyone who stopped by for Oktoberfest, supported us, took photos, tagged us, and shared in the fun — thank you! We loved seeing all the pictures and being part of such a great day at Bakes. Veronica at Sets Eatontown, April, Cathy, Tom, Nick, Mariah, Trish Donovan, Erin Mitchell, Joe Licata, Joye, Mark

And of course, a huge thank you to Steve and the entire Bakes Brewing Co. team for having us and making us part of Oktoberfest. We had a blast! 🍻💙
