🤩 Shout out to Pitboss for getting our controller issue fixed so quick!

It would not hold temps from 200-275. Anyone that smokes meat knows those are the most important temps. 🔥

Called customer service and they only asked a few questions and said the controller needed upgraded.

I received one less than a week without any charge. Good to see that there is still some good customer service out there! ❤️

Tested the new one with cooking 70 leg quarters.

Works great!
