Wednesday- Beef Braciole, a classic Italian dish - tender flank steak, fresh spinach, aged Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes all wrapped and smothered in homemade sauce. Served over noodles Wellness Bowl - Salmon, Shrimp or Chicken - Mediterranean or Fiesta bowls
Thursday - Colossal Lump Crab Cake topping a fresh garden salad with local veggies.
Fried Oyster Platter, cole slaw, hush puppies and fries
Friday - Pork Plate with Ribs and pulled Pork Bbq - served with slaw, beans and cornbread
Brisket Platter - tender beef brisket, slaw, beans and cornbread
