Duties include insuring availability of menu items, scheduling staff to ensure coverage during peak sales times, training new hires, daily reporting requirements, cash control and interviewing potential new hires. Ideal candidate will have experience in QSR, restaurant or retail management.
Base pay plus monthly profit-sharing bonus.
