And, apparently, Gulianna too. 🎣

Heather is the General Manager and Event Coordinator at Bass Street—but that title only begins to describe the role she plays here.

She is a leader who believes deeply in empowering women, while making fairness, respect and inclusion a priority for everyone. She leads with strength, speaks with honesty and works hard to ensure every person feels seen, valued and supported.

When Heather isn’t running around Bass Street keeping things moving, she’s a proud mom who loves her people, good food, and a little bit of fun. We’re happy to have her energy at Bass Street and even happier to have her as part of our family.

Right now, our always-on-the-move GM is facing a new challenge: recovering from a broken ankle. Even from the sidelines, her presence, personality and leadership continue to make an impact.
