As we wrap up the end of our Anniversary Week, I’d like to take a moment to tell you all how thankful we are for each and every one of you.

Being a business owner is not for the weak. Add in a food industry business and you’re asking for heart issues. And everyone tells you this before you open. But if you’re really quirky and crazy and full of dreams, you do it anyway.

I’m glad we did it anyway.

We had a dream. And we took what little life gave us and that we earned. And went all in. The week we opened Joe and I had nothing left. We borrowed $300 to get by from our brother. But. We believed in ourselves and this community.

And I’m proud of all of us. You guys have come through for us over and over. And we keep going no matter what challenge we face.

We are so thankful for all the love you have shared with us. Every meal, every moment. Good and bad. You help us grow year in and year out. And we are grateful. You have also filled our hearts. Sharing those moments with you has made us better people. We are forever thankful for the friendships we have been blessed with.

And, I’m proud of Joe and I. Because we have been through the wringer of life this last 7 years. Loosing parents is life altering. The Pandemic and The Fire were life altering. Aging and loosing our health is life altering. Owning a Restaurant is life altering.

But we keep focused on the big picture. We take moments every week and talk about all of you. How you made us smile. How you loved something and shared your excitement of it with us and how that made us cry in happiness. A story you shared with us. A moment we had with you, that meant so much to us, you’ll probably never know. The people no longer with us, who we shared moments that changed us, that we will never forget. All of you that kept us going in the beginning, when we thought we were breaking. You gave us the motivation to keep going. We appreciate the love you give back to us. And we are genuinely excited to see where the next chapter takes us. And grow old with all of you.

Thank you for being our friends and community. You mean more to us than we have words.
