Busy couple weeks ahead.

9/1 (6pm)-Crafted Fantasy Football Draft Party. Come watch as some of our members hang and draft their yearly Fantasy Football Teams at the shop.

9/2 (4pm-8pm)-Mokena Food Truck Fest in downtown Mokena on Front Street. Crafted 1979 crew pouring local beer, cocktails, and wine.

9/4 (6pm)-GNOlympics Collab Releases & Tappings. Tapping all 4 collabs and releasing cans from the GNOlympics event. Participating breweries hanging at the shop for the release.

9/7-Labor Day (Closing at 3pm)

9/11 (6pm-10pm)-Crafted Small Street. Located on the street in front of Crafteds parking lot. Open to the public. All ages welcome. No ticket required. Artisan Vendors. Food Trucks. Beer, Cocktails, and more!

9/12 (4pm-8pm)-Crafted Small Batch Fest featuring 30 breweries, food vendors, and more. Must be 21+ to attend. Ticketed event.

Tomorrow, the Crafted crew heads down to Kentucky to make 3 different Barrel Picks!!

They will be sampling and selecting barrels from and Old Ezra on Thursday. Then Friday they head to to select a barrel. We look forward to the experience and finished product from all 3!!

Tonight is Loteria Night. We have very limited open seating. Early arrival strongly suggested. will be here at 6 for all the action with a great taplist!!

Missed out on all four of the collabs from this weekend's GNOlympics? On Friday, September 4th, we'll be tapping all four and releasing cans at Crafted for this special four-collab release party!

**2026 GNOlympics Red**

A collab with Gnosis Brewing, Crafted 1979, Phase Three Brewing Company, and Old Irving Brewing Co.. It is a 5.3% ABV New Zealand Pilsner with Pacifica and Riwaka hops.

**2026 GNOlympics White**

A collab with Gnosis Brewing, Crafted 1979, Seedz Brewery, and Riverlands Brewing Company. It is a 5.7% ABV American Pale Ale brewed with Sugar Creek Malt, Michigan-grown Chinook, and Michigan-grown Vista hops.

**2026 GNOlympics Blue**

A collab with Gnosis Brewing, Crafted 1979, Brothership Brewing, and Hop Butcher for the World. It is a 7.75% ABV Double Hazy IPA with Tangier, Citra, Simcoe hops, Orange Blossom honey, and Wai-iti cold-pressed hop juice.

**2026 GNOlympics Gold**

A collab with ALL participating breweries! An 8-way collab! Gnosis Brewing, Crafted 1979, Phase Three Brewing, Old Irving Brewing, Seedz Brewery, Riverlands Brewing Company, Brothership Brewing, and Hop Butcher. It is an 8% ABV Hazy Double IPA with Peacharine, Chinook, Simcoe, Dolcita, Mosaic, Citra, Nectaron, and Motueka hops.

We'll have some of the participating breweries out at the taproom to hang out that evening at 6pm. Come join the party 🍻

We're going big this Saturday!!

Not only is Team Crafted at Gnosis Brewing for GNOlympics this afternoon. We're tapping 2 BIG Barrel Aged Beers at the taproom.

Starry Noche-Starry Noche is back––bolder and more decadent than ever. This barrel-aged imperial stout has evolved from a fun anniversary release in 2020 to a cult classic and one of our most sought-after beers. Our 2026 blend was aged in seven-year Weller Bourbon, 10-year Buffalo Trace Bourbon, nine-year Stagg Jr. Bourbon, eight-year Willett Bourbon and 15-year Old Fitzgerald Bourbon barrels, then finished on copious amounts of toasted coconut flakes, unsweetened raw coconut chips and toasted hazelnuts. Intense coconut dominates the nose, followed by sweet oak and toasted bourbon. Rich flavors of German chocolate cake and roasted nuts then flow into a sweet hazelnut bourbon-cream finish with lingering, complex wood character.

Triple Barrel Roaming Elephant-English Barleywine aged for 22 months in Widow Jane 15 barrels, then an additional 8 months in rum barrels and a final 10 month rest in Weller 12 barrels.
