Happy Birthday Cora!

My youngest is 10 today! She is obsessed with the Netflix show Wednesday so I made her a gluten-free chocolate cake with peanut butter filling and dark chocolate ganache. It’s covered in a Swiss meringue buttercream piped design to mimic Wednesday’s outfits.

It’s that time of year, college acceptance letters are in! This cake is to celebrate a young lady that has been accepted into Notre Dame 🍀

The cake is a gluten-free vanilla with strawberry filling and Swiss meringue buttercream. The clovers are hand piped and the mascot is hand-painted. It’s finished with white sprinkles and edible gold!

Outdoor Lovers Cake

I have waited to re-create this design from for too long! When I got a request for an outdoor lovers cake I finally had an excuse to do it. The cake is a gluten-free dark chocolate with dark chocolate ganache and Swiss meringue buttercream. The Mountains are all palette painted on by hand, it was a painstakingly long process but the end result is stunning! I think this might be one of my favorite cakes.

Delivery will be between 8 AM and 9 AM on Saturday morning. Delivery will be Modesto and Ripon. There will be nine cinnamon rolls that are slightly larger than the ones pictured.

Blue Whale Baby Shower

It’s a gorgeous rainy day at The Wine Terrace! This event had a gluten-free vanilla bean cake with strawberry filling and Swiss meringue buttercream. It had an adorable baby turtle and whale with dried florals and colour mill colors. We also created delicious French macarons in coordinating colors.
