1. “camprese”: loretellifarms fresh and roasted tomatoes, Gioia Cheese buratta, basil, Sciabica's Olive Oil basil olive oil, balsamic reduction, tomato chips, crostini.
2. ceviche: yellowtail, tomato water leche de tigre, tomato, cucumbers, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, tostadas.
3. bruschetta: house berry-balsamic jam, chèvre, candied walnuts, balsamic reduction, Sciabica's Olive Oil blood orange olive oil, espresso salt.
