Apologies for the long silence here. At each turn during this remodel long standing issues with the facility have been uncovered costing us much time and money. A leaking roof caused years of damage and was a significant blow to our timeline and budget. We've repaired, refurbished and replaced every piece of equipment, all new flooring throughout the entire restaurant, drywall, paint, plumbing, etc, etc. This restaurant now meets todays standards. At this point, we are forecasting mid March as our re-open date. Within the next few weeks we will be launching our new websites, social media, menus, etc. Thank you to those who've stopped by to cheers us on and lend a helping hand.
